Unit 910 is a highly upgraded gulf-view suite with a private balcony overlooking the pool area and gulf beyond, fully equipped and furnished in a coastal contemporary style. This unit has been renovated with new tile throughout, upgraded stainless kitchen appliances including a larger fridge/freezer, quartz counters, and a new dual sink bathroom vanity. It has extra kitchen storage and a handicap accessible walkout shower.
The space
Inside the condo, you have a bedroom with a king-size bed, large flat screen television and dresser. The en suite bathroom has a dual sink vanity and a large walk-out shower. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and another large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to your private balcony with a dining table, offering tranquil views out to the swimming pool and rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has a full size oven and range, microwave, small refrigerator and freezer and cabinets filled with dishes, glassware and utensils.

Dining:
The resort offers onsite dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo’s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose. Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand.
When it is dinnertime, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lively lounge scene for cocktails and conversation.
The Marco Beach Ocean Resort is no longer operated as a full service hotel so the following services are not available:
- Beach chaise lounge and towel service. The condo has beach towels and folding beach chairs for you to bring down.
- Room charge privileges from resort restaurants
- Room service dining
- Daily Housekeeping. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you may request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $100 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens. A change of all linens can be provided for $70. A change of only towels or only bedding is $45.

Other things to note
- BEACH CHAIRS: As noted above, chaise lounge and umbrella setup on the beach is not available. We have Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella at the unit that you may bring down with you -or- chaises are available for rent for an additional fee from a stand adjacent to the resort.
- TOWELS: 1 set of 8 towels of each size (bath, hand and washcloth) is provided per stay. A change of towels can be dropped off for a fee of $45.
- LAUNDRY: The unit does not have a washer/dryer and there are no laundry facilities on site. The nearest laundromat, Marco Island Laundry is just a couple minutes down the road and they offer wash and fold services.
