Welcome to our 3x bedroom family home situated in the multicultural and vibrant community of Easton!
Our home is nestled into a beautiful family friendly cul-de-sac, with ample parking on our doorstep. Situated just behind St Marks Rd, which is buzzing with some of Bristol's finest independent coffee shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants & gastro pubs!
Easton is renowned for its distinctive character and community spirit, and our home acts as a gorgeous family base by which you can explore it!
The space
Nestled in the heart of Easton, our house has a warm & welcoming family feel to it. Tastefully decorated with plants, paintings and gifts from our world wide travels, the soft Moroccan colour palette of warming oranges and yellows soothe the soul and offer you the perfect respite from the world outside.
Friends and family who have stayed with us compliment us on how clean the house is, how peaceful the vibe is and also how spacious the rooms are. There truly is a really calming energy within our house and it always puts a smile on our face, walking back through the door after a long weekend away...
This is a perfect base for a small family or a couple!
With Bristol's best restaurants, cafes, bakeries and gastro pubs literally on your doorstep on St Marks Rd & in Greenbank - the location is divine! A stones throw away you will find some of Bristol's greenest spaces, and access to the Bristol - Bath Cycle Path / River Froome and Snuff Mills.
A short bus ride, or 20 min walk to the City Centre, Stokes Croft, St George, St Pauls and St Werburghs means Easton is a prime location to stay.
A 6 min train to Temple Meads from Stapleton Road station means that you are connected easily to other big cities as well.
Our home is fully furnished to a high standard with all the mod coms. From a practical family point - the house is child friendly and baby proofed. The space is well optimised for both work and leisure.
Our house is split across the following:
x2 Bedrooms - with double beds
x1 Bedroom - with a fixed toddler / children's cot
We have a spacious, open plan kitchen-diner, that floods the room with natural light during the day. It is the perfect space for tuning into some nice soulful music, cooking, hosting and unwinding.
We are blessed with a large sunny south-facing garden which is home to lovely singing birds, a large patio, a mud kitchen / messy play area for kids and a huge roaring pizza oven that our guess are welcome to use! (wood and kindling provided)
The living room is spacious, thoughtfully curated with wholesome plants and paintings.
Decorated with paintings from our favourite artist Marisa Jimenez (check her out!) and handmade sari curtains that let in a gorgeous Moroccan hue of colour through the daytime sunlight.
With a large functioning HD TV, high speed broadband, a G chrome cast connection, and a shed load of books from all walks of our life - this is peaceful hub for you to unwind in. We also have plenty of boardgames to play if that's your bag (it is ours!) - this really is a lovely space to be free and slow it all down.
The living room is baby proofed and contains plenty of kids toys / books to choose from.
We have three bedrooms & a bathroom upstairs:
1) Master bedroom - Bedroom 1 - Double bed
2) Loft room - Bedroom 2 - Double bed + work-from-home setup including a dual screen setup with connection cables (Mac / HDMI / USB-C + more)
3) Nursery - Bedroom 3 - Fixed children's cot (suitable for toddlers and up) see pics for more details

Other things to note
- Early check-in / late checkout is sometimes available with prior arrangement
- If you'd like to bring your bike, you can store it in the back garden
- We have a Cot as a permanent fixture in Bedroom 3 (but if required we can always setup a single air bed if you had an extra guest etc - pls check in advance)
