Relax in this serene 3bed/2bath Indonesian inspired home located in a quiet neighborhood near Downtown & I-10. House includes a hot tub, BBQ, 2-car garage, Dual-Screen Workspace, & spacious backyard. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cookware & essential spices. Close by is a Safeway, Anytime Fitness, Walgreens, Starbucks, Subway, & more. Downtown is a short 10 min drive away and western Saguaro National Park is only a 15 min drive. 4 amazing golf courses within 5-15 minute drive.
The space
This modern house situated in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a spacious 3-bed/2-bath space complete with a 2-car garage and a large backyard area. To ease concerns during this time, the space is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned between each stay. For those needing a productivity space, there is an office desk with a work-from-home (WFH) setup complete with two 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking adapter, keyboard, and mouse.
The Master bedroom has a bathroom and 1 KING bed. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed with an optional twin rollaway in the closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, & spices. Streaming services on the TVs including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, & ESPN are complimentary. Bath towels are laid out on the beds and
Included in the kitchen are a stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired.
Bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.
There is a spacious tastefully landscaped backyard with relaxing 6 person hot tub. Outside are a couple of lounge chairs and a small table as well.
The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed in the garage.
The neighborhood has a small park with a playground and basketball court. There is also a nearby bike path (The Loop) that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs. Tumamoc Hill Hiking Trail is 5 minutes away to enjoy the outdoors even more.
Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 in the evenings as desired.
Notice: A Refundable Security deposit of $250 is required upon booking.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire property except for the cleaning closet.
