Your Scottsdale retreat includes a private sparkling, brand new pebble-finish heated pool and a hot tub in a beautiful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Centrally located to attractions and restaurants. This is a full-time Vacation Rental residence, always kept squeaky clean, fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. The home offers many amenities, spacious 5 bedrooms with 2 baths which comfortably accommodates 10-12, and is kid & pet-friendly!

POOL & SPA:

❇️ Children and pets must be supervised at all times since the pool has no fence.
❇️ The back door to pool has a lock with key. Please keep door locked and key away from kids. No diving.

⚠️Please do not touch the pool equipment⚠️

❇️ Hot tub heating is included free with your stay. Pool heating is optional and by request only. Message the host if you would like pool temperature adjusted.

The Pool heating fee is:

- $250 for 1-3 day stays
- $500 for 4-7 day stays
- $750 for 8-10 day stays
- Inquire with us for longer stays

PET POLICY & FEES:

❇️ Airbnb will charge the initial $15.00 so we will have to send a alteration request for the full pet fee based on # of dogs and length of stay.

❇️ Pets including dogs ONLY on approval & must be pre-disclosed & appropriate pet fee paid prior to arrival: $15 per night for 1st dog

❇️ Additional Dogs - $10 per night per additional dog (min $50) will be added as a reservation alteration upon booking acceptance & must be paid prior to arrival.

❇️ Must clean up after pets outside and inside - no pet waste left behind (otherwise additional charges will apply - $150 minimum clean up fee plus any damages).

❇️ Pet carpet cleaner machine available for use.

❇️ Please regularly rinse the outdoor area after pet use. Hose with sprayer available in both front and back yards.

❇️ Any damage done by pets will be the responsibility of owners.

❇️ Dogs must be leashed if in front of the property.

Guest access
Entire house and outdoor spaces minus the supply closet, garage, and a locked shed. Message host if you need garage parking space.

Other things to note
🔆 Absolutely No EVENTS or parties at the home. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood.

🔆 Please follow Backyard Turf rules including no spikes or high heels, no pets & no smoking/gum.

🔆 Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property- please message the host for any exceptions.

🔆 Starter set of supplies is always provided (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dish soaps, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper & cooking oil). Additional supplies may need to be purchased separately.

🔆 You are responsible for cleaning barbeque or a $30 cleaning fee will be added.

🔆 High chairs, booster seat, baby tub and pack and play are available on request.

🔆 Doggie bowls, bed, and poo bags etc. available upon request.

🔆 Message host if you want additional cleaning services arranged during your stay (optional services for fees & subject to professional cleaning team’s availability).

🔆 Message host if you need luggage storage. We are not responsible for safe keeping or monitoring luggage.

🔆 Message host if you need anything special arranged or referral for activities.

🔆 Yard/pool/spa are professionally serviced weekly. Service day and times subject to change. Access to the property by these service personnel is not to be impeded by guest. Please contact the Host if you would like to confirm on the service timing or have any concerns.

🔆 Community Noise Ordinance Rules: Activities outside must be quiet after 10 pm. We do not expect guests to stop enjoying the pool or backyard spaces, but we absolutely insist that your volume is down and not travelling over property lines after 10pm to respect our neighbors.

⚠️If the police are called to the house because of unruly noise or partying, guests are subject to immediately being removed from the property without any refund of reservation paid, regardless of how many remaining days are left on booking⚠️
