Enjoy resort accommodations steps from Eagle Lodge, walking trails, and shuttle route. The space
The longer you stay, the bigger the discount (5% 3-nights, 8% 4-n, 10% 5-n, 12% 6-n, 15% 7-n). Low housekeeping fee + $15 Mgmt fee (housekeeper's tip if earned).
You're welcome to enjoy my condo which boasts a large open-floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living-room, private balcony, and an extra-large walk-in rain shower (no tub). The Emerson (“E”) building is situated on the quiet forested residential side of the Summit resort where guests can relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep while still being steps away from the Eagle Ski Lodge. Access to this middle-hall unit is via an interior corridor, which avoids any building door and stairwell noises (two story building). Clothes washers and dryers are located at the end of the hall. Views from my elevated 1st-floor condo overlook large pine trees, residential houses and the resort's main swimming pool (see pictures). There's also a medium-size covered private balcony (many at The Summit are shared with adjacent condos). Please note that during Winter seasons with snowfall exceeding 20-feet, most of the 1st-level condos at The Summit and around town, may have obstructed window views due to the height of the snow pack.
Guests can expect high privacy during the winter and some afternoon swimming pool chatter during the high Summer season.
TURNKEY OPERATION – Electronic door key-code will be sent upon payment. No check-in procedures required. All linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. The kitchen is equipped with new cookware and stocked with coffee, tea, cooking staples, and common spices/herbs for guests' convenience.
CONDO AMENITIES: Guests will enjoy a King-size bed and Full-size sofa-sleepers; new kitchen appliances; 3 large flat-screen TVs including a 70" Smart TV, surround-sound stereo, Bluetooth/MP3 & HDMI inputs; along with a new state-of-the-art gas burning fireplace.
THE SUMMIT AMENITIES: Full-size gym (see picture), large swimming pool* (see picture), tennis, volleyball and basketball courts*, hot tubs, dry saunas, BBQ grills*, laundry rooms in each building, and the Lobby parking lot (additional unreserved parking spaces) are all conveniently located from my condo.
* Summer use only.
PARKING: One designated parking space is located under my condo in the underground/covered parking garage with a 6’9” height limitation. Additional non-designated spaces maybe available on a first-come first-serve basis in front of the Summit Lobby building, which is conveniently located adjacent to the Emerson building. Parking permits are provided inside my condo.
This condo has been certified under Mammoth’s “Quality of Life” ordinance – the town’s highest standards for personal safety. TOT# 7884.
About The Summit Condominium:
A large modern resort complex with 8 buildings and 210 condos located near Eagle Lodge (buildings E-H are across from Eagle Lodge while buildings A-D are a short uphill walk). Guest access
Entire condo is available for guests use. Additional parking is available in front of the adjacent Lobby building. Security camera's are installed in common-use areas of the resort - no camera's are in my condo.
