Come escape to our beautiful mountain home, Ivy Pines! Large, comfortable, and modern, our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and a serene backyard with a creek and patio. Centrally located just ten minutes from downtown, you'll be nestled among two beautiful golf courses in a quiet residential neighborhood. Day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl and awesome trails are a breeze.

The space
Our goal is for you to feel relaxed and right at home here in the mountains!

First Floor (Living room, kitchen, dining room):

Living Room:
The large living room has vaulted ceilings and huge west facing windows, providing great views of the sunset. There are two large, plush couches to cozy up on, a large brick fireplace with plenty of firewood, and a 60” HD TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and a DVD player.

Kitchen:
The beautiful new kitchen is well stocked with the essentials (pots, pans, dishes, serving trays, utensils, knives, blender, etc…) to prepare your own food. Appliances include, fridge, double-oven, range, microwave and a dishwasher.

Dining Room:
Large oak dining table which can be extended to seat 8 to provide extra table space!

Backyard:
Take a step outside to the backyard and feel transported into our secret garden. Where birds chirp, pine trees tower above a large lawn, and a lifelike creek flows into a small pond. The backyard is not fenced, but its heavily treed perimeter provides great seclusion. Listen to the birds and watch the squirrels from the large covered deck which is equipped with a table and chairs, a gas grill, and a ping pong table available for guest use.

Second Floor (All bedrooms and bathrooms):

Master Bedroom:
A plush, king sized bed sits against a bay window overlooking the backyard. The updated bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in closet and a shower/tub with great light from solar tubes. This room also features a sitting area with a large HD TV with Roku and a DVD player.

Elden View Room:
With a queen size bed, walk in closet and a desk with an office chair, this room offers views of Mt. Elden. While there is not a dresser, there is shelving in the walk-in closet.

Black & White Room:
The tall one in your group will enjoy the California king-sized bed and more west-facing views of the sunset. There is also a dresser and a closet, providing ample space for your belongings.

Bohemian Room:
Relax on the full size bed or the Lovesac bean-bag chair in this room with a window that overlooks the backyard. There's not a closet or dresser in the room itself but there is a closet in the lofted “study” just outside of the room that's available to you.

Study:
This is a loft area that overlooks the living room. Kick back in the recliner with a book and take a little break from your adventures! There are bookshelves filled with books, movies and games for your enjoyment!

Guest Bathroom:
This is the main guest bathroom with plenty of counter space and a bathtub!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house minus the garage and its adjoining room. There is room for four cars in the driveway. In the small chance we need to come to the house to access the garage or yard we'll give you plenty of notice.

Other things to note
Our home is professionally maintained and cleaned, but we also live there with our two small dogs when we are not renting it. For those traveling with severe dog allergies, please be advised.
