Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house but are asked to respect the personal property stored in the basement.

Kitchen table seats 6, Dining room table seats 10, patio table seat 8. Landscape, Gardening, pool cleaning occur weekly. Tick & Mosquito spray is monthly. (If possible, between guests). Weekly housekeeping is required and included in the rent.
