Sun-Filled 2 Bd/2ba Condo on Lake Norman w/Pool

Welcome to our little dream come true! Whether you are here to relax on vacation or here to work we have outfitted the condo with everything you need! Enjoy breathtaking views from the porch and Master bedroom, relax in the tub, swim in the pool or even rent a boat! We have a desk set up with dual monitors and a hub to connect your laptop for an optimal workspace. Walk to North Harbor Club or the Lake Norman Cottage for dinner or drinks. Easy highway access and close to everything you'll need!

The space
All the furniture is new as of 2021, we have tried to make sure the condo is stocked with everything you need. Master Suite has access to the porch and a small walk in closet, Full bath with soaking tub and double sinks. Guest room has a large walk in closet. 43 in TVs in both bedrooms and a 55 in TV in the living room. All are smart tvs so you can connect to your streaming accounts like Netflix or Hulu. Extra sheets for each bed. Dining Table with 4 chairs and 2 counter stools for the kitchen breakfast bar. Wine Fridge.

Guest access
Parking is available in a reserved spot #33 as well as plenty of guest parking right outside the unit. Unit is on the 3rd floors which means great views but also stairs to walk up. Pool access is right around the front of the building. Tennis and Pickle Ball courts are a short walk.

Other things to note
We have a dual screen work station set up so you can work from home with ease. There is a hub that you can connect your laptop to with ease (if you have a macbook you may need your own cords). We hope you'll find this is a peaceful place to work right next to a window overlooking the lake!
