This professionally designed open-floor-plan studio apartment was designed specifically be an inspiring studio for digital nomads and to be close to action at Fabrika (15 min. walk). The decor was chosen to provide a professional backgrounds for your videos and the color palette was chosen to inspire you as you spend the day working in the studio. So if you're a podcaster, YouTuber, coder, digital marketer or whatever, we've got a place for you.
The space
Located on the 1st floor (elevator code provided) of a newly built apartment building that opened in January 2021. Please note: the construction of some of the apartments has not been completed so there could be noises during the day and construction materials in the hallways. The greatest benefit of new construction is modern SOUNDPROOFING! Many OLDER buildings in Tbilisi seem to have paper-thin walls and you constantly hear your neighbors.
After a hard day's work, you can sleep your troubles way in the queen-sized (160x200) bed with the 100% memory foam mattress with fluffy duvets and pillows.
The mini-sized kitchen is packed with just enough countertop space, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, retro refrigerator and many extras.
The dining area next to the kitchen has a rustic table to double as a work surface for your next great idea.
Since you have a lot of work to get done, we have super fast fiber-optics WiFi throughout the apartment and the work space includes a 27-inch 4K eternal monitor.
When it comes time to relax, we have two beautifully comfortable swivel chairs as you then use the 28-inch 4K monitor as a TV as you stream your favorite content or gaming. Extra speakers are required to give you a better entertainment experience.
The extra large shower to get your ready for your next online business quest.
The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and it becomes a cozy heater for the winter.
The balcony is just a small "Juliet" balcony, just big enough to stand on.
This apartment is not suitable for children and pets and smoking are not permitted.

You will be given a key-fob for the front door of this secure controlled-access building.

Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible , but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels, motion, temperature and humidity throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant and is required on this property. There are no cameras or microphones inside the apartment, however there are cameras in common areas outside the apartment like the hallways, elevator and at the entrance.
If you need to store your luggage either because you arrive early or you need to stay later we recommend using Smart Case. They are just a few stops away from our apartment on the Metro.
