The space
Completely unwind in this stylish New England cape home, with plenty of trees and greenery to feel away from it all, but central to all the great activities Cape Cod has to offer.

Enjoy an open airy layout when you walk in, with the living room adjoining the kitchen. The living room features an oversized, beautiful Italian leather couch to relax and watch a movie on. The space is perfect for cooking and cocktail hour, where everyone can be together. The downstairs offers two secluded, quiet, private rooms. They can enjoy their own bathroom with dual sinks, bidet toilet, and bath tub shower. You will find the full-size washer and dryer in the basement.

When you ascend upstairs, you'll be greeted with the second bathroom, a hotel-like retreat complete with high ceilings, and a spa-style shower. This bathroom also has a dual vanity sink and bidet style toilet. To the right behind french doors is the primary bedroom. Sleep like a dream on a brand new king size memory foam mattress, oversized styling mirror, ceiling fan with light, and beautiful dresser to keep your things in. On the other end of the second floor is a multi-use room that can be your own personal gym, a WFH oasis, and a space to relax with a record on or a good book. Complete with a desk, cushy chair, monitor to hook up to, full length mirror, two twin beds, and workout equipment, this room can be used to sleep two more guests, as your office, or just a quiet retreat.

Outside there is a large deck with a dining table and chairs, as well as a beautiful grill to make every meal an alfresco dream. There is also an outdoor shower to enjoy a soak under the sun or stars. Our landscaping is a work in progress, but feel free to use the yard.

You can access every room, however we will have the 2 closets upstairs locked as well as a few cabinets here and there that are owners use only.

Other things to note
Please note that until Labor Day (Sept 5, 2022), there is a $50 fee for a weekly pass to the Town Beach you must purchase online or at Town Hall. To visit the State Park beach, to park it's $15 for MA residents and $40 for Non-MA residents.
This is a dog-friendly home so if you have noticeable allergies to dogs, this might not be the place for you :)
