Nightly queen sized bedroom available in a fully furnished rental. Bedroom adjustable standing desk for remote working flexibility. Currently the other bedroom is being used part time by a friendly young professional working in the area.

The space
This fully furnished Second floor bedroom includes: a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, fresh linens, extra towels, and more. Enjoy convenient parking and easy access to the area. The front porch can be used as comfortable sitting and eating spot. Guests can wake up to the the morning sun rays out front and catch the first glow at sunrise. if you listen closely you can ear the waves just a short walk away.
Rental has free fast internet and comes with an adjustable standing desk dual monitor setup for remote working.
there are multiple TV's. one for the living room and each bedroom with Wi-Fi casting abilities to watch favorite shows and videos.
In the evening the sunset can be see fading out back behind the unit over the marsh. We recommend a short walk to the reservation for sunset or a night stole along the beach to see the stars. Hope you get the chance to feel the sea breeze and sand in your toes soon!
Guest access
This rental is for the use of the queen bedroom and the shared spaces in the upstairs unit. The in-bedroom office space is private. There is another office space within the unit in the laundry office room. The shared kitchen is fully stocked. The eating area, living room, bathroom are shared with one other occupant.
Guests are allowed in the Upper second floor front unit only. The stairs out front are access for the upstairs unit. The lower front porch is not included for use and is for the downstairs unit.

Other things to note
We have had great success renting to those who want to vacation close to the beach and respect the area. We have had repeat guests who find us and want to come back. We work hard to give a positive experience for guest so please reach out before your stay to communicate your intentions and wants for your upcoming stay.
Guests are encouraged to use Beach access number 4 which is the closest and shortest walk up Vermont Ave.
