Stay in this beautiful 7th floor 1 bedroom apt in the heart of SF!

This area is close to a number of Muni lines. Polk St is 1 block away and has dozens of restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

This condo is our main residence when we are not traveling so we are familiar with the features and surrounding area and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about your stay.

The space
Fully equipped with everything you would need for a long term stay and perfect for anyone working from home. Large windows allow for tons of natural light to stream into the apartment and the double-pane windows + 7th floor placement help silence any street noise.

Bedroom comes with a standing desk and queen bed with large closet with built in shelves.

Living room has a sofa bed that turns into a full queen sized bed. Also has another standing desk with Herman Miller chair.

Both the bedroom and living room have blackout curtains available so guests can sleep in complete comfort.

Kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive array of spices and new appliances. We love to cook!

The condo comes with its own parking space (max car height 5 feet) in a shared locked basement garage and packages are dropped off in the lobby (both rare for SF!)
There is also a bike storage unit in the garage.

Very large rooftop deck comes with several lounge chairs and a BBQ grill.

Other things to note
Water and Internet completely included. Electricity completely included up to $120/mo (we have never gone over $90/mo even while working from home for years).
