The condominium has cameras and if pets not informed are identified, the reservation will be completed immediately. - How's the condo?
Our condominium is investing in sustainability, so renting this apartment also contributes indirectly to this. Currently the focus is on photovoltaic power generation, use of hot water boilers for gas saving and sewage treatment, with ETE in the condominium itself. ETE has a machinery that works in constant mode and so there is the sound of the machines of this ETE that can be perceived by more sensitive ears (I do not understand) because the condominium and region/neighbors are extremely quiet and calm. It feels like peace! Take a book and go read on the balcony, enjoying a tea or coffee, children can play in the pool, make their gym, work, study, enjoy the beach - which is very close, take surf lessons right there if you want, order the best pizza on the island that is in front of the condominium and enjoy a lot!

- What's the area like?
The region is currently one of the most sought after on the island, for being always alive throughout the year and safe, in addition to the easy transfer to the Airport (and exit to all regions with several alternatives) and for having fabulous beaches, you will feel the region safe and with everything you need.

-What are the opening hours of the swimming pool and gym?
The Pool operates during the day, the gym operates from 07hs to 23hs.

- Should I send any information after booking?
Yes, after making the reservation you must fill out a questionnaire with access data of you and other guests (document), and vehicle data (if you are going to use the garage) to be able to have the entrance authorized by the concierge. Guests without a registration cannot enter according to the rules of the concierge and the condominium.

- What will I find in the suite?

- Is the apartment suitable for accessibility or for children?
It is not entirely our own because we do not observe all the rules and laws to calmly meet guests who require complete items of accessibility or safety for children, but we will receive them with much affection and love. I see some facilitators and hinderers for some needs. In the case of a wheelchair, there are some facilitators: access through the concierge has ramps for wheelchair users to the tower, has a wide door and then an elevator that leads to the floor of our apartment, the hindrances are in the apartment itself: the doors are of standard size (80cm) and we do not have (yet) a support bar in the bathrooms, in addition to the kitchen being narrow and high. We also do not have indicators such as tactile floors in the condominium or apartment, which can make it a little difficult to get around. For children: the windows do not have protective screens, so if children are taken, constant supervision of adults is necessary, the other furniture in the apartment, as well as bathrooms, were not designed (unfortunately) to serve children or to give complete accessibility to those who need it. When we can do something in this direction we will update here.

- What will I find in the kitchen?
Complete kitchen: with all the necessary , beautiful and good quality couverts, good pans, cups, new microwave, stove with hood and oven, new refrigerator inverter and excellent freezer, blender (ProBlend), electric kettle, accessories for making brewed coffee, electric coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker and many other items according to photos.

-And in the living room?

-What do you provide?
We provide bedding and bathing in the following form: 1 bath and face towel per guest of the reservation, 1 floor for each bathroom, 1 set of sheets according to the configuration of the guests in the beds (Example: for a couple we make scarves available only for the double Queen bed). We also offer microfiber blanket and thin quilt for the Queen bed. We do not provide beach/pool towels, nor extra bedding/bath linens during your stay. In case there is a need for replacement for long periods (exchange every 10 days for example) it is necessary to request on reservation and agreed, at extra costs.

- What time are you checking in and checking out?
We do not have flexible schedules. The standard checkin time is from 3pm to 6pm. If the guest needs to arrive after this time, you must notify them already in the reservation so that we can receive them by no later than 10 pm! After this time, entry will no longer be allowed in any way.

- What is the voltage of the house for electrical equipment?
220v

- Is the reservation of the whole apartment or parts of it?
The whole apartment just for you, with no restrictions of locked cabinets or something restricted, can use everything.

- How do I wash clothes and dry?
We have a washing machine (we do not provide soap powder / softener) available and a removable clothesline that can be placed on the balcony to dry the clothes.

- How's the Internet?
The internet is Fiber with 500Mbps. In case of long stays at work we can install a second copy (redundancy) from another carrier (only long stays) upon prior evaluation.

- I have a baby, do you have accessories?
We have only one collapsible playpen in the apartment, which can serve as a crib. Also available on HobbyBox is a high tub with changing table and a high chair for table. We do not offer a wheelchair. (if requested we can evaluate if we can borrow any child/baby items with friends, if requested well in advance).

Does the house have a swing net?
You do not have it yet, if you have this habit please ask in advance that we can check the feasibility of installing.

- Do you have a place to put the car?
Yes, it has an exclusive garage but the entry authorization must be made by the license plate of the vehicle, inform if you will use the garage in the reserve.

- What don't you offer?
We only offer what is written in the ad, but it is important to note that we do not provide buoys for the pool, nor extra beach chairs (we have 2), nor extra umbrellas (we have 1). We also don't have: playing cards, disposable crockery, beach or pool towels.

- What should I remember to bring?
Sunscreen, your favorite coffee, playing cards, cell phone cables, slippers to go to the beach and slippers to use at home, beach towel/pool. If you think it's necessary: extra umbrella (we only have 1) and extra beach chairs (we only have 2). Along with the umbrella there is a stroller to take the chairs and also a sand puller.

-Can I bring more people or have parties/meetings/visits?
There cannot be more people than hired and informed in the reservation, including children. Parties are not allowed. If they occur, there is a charge for 'day use' and no overnight stay. (read more in the house rules)
