KITCHEN
Create gourmet meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Ninja Air Fryer, Kitchen-Aid, dishwasher, Breville coffee maker, Bialetti, and French press.
LIVING ROOM
Unwind in the inviting living room, featuring a cozy leather lounger and an expansive chaise lounge couch. Watch your favorite movie on the 65" smart TV or curl up with a book in the reading nook. Enjoy eating meals at the large reclaimed wood dining table as you look out at the beautiful trees out the window.
BEDROOM
Experience tranquility in the spacious, airy bedroom, boasting a luxurious Tempur-pedic king-sized bed, sumptuous linens, and 1960s vintage dressers.
OFFICE
Bask in natural light while working at the motorized standing desk, accompanied by a comfy Herman Miller desk chair and an ultra-widescreen monitor—ideal for remote professionals or those just looking to write their next screenplay.
BATHROOM
It's a bathroom! We've decorated it with beautiful vibrant wallpaper and installed a bidet toilet that makes every visit a marvelous experience. The Shower/Tub is decorated with charming blue tiles and a large plentiful shower head.

ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home, porch, and a shared front/backyard, with the exception of the main closet for personal storage use. Note the front patio sitting area is in the driveway area and the rental unit in the back walks past this area to get in and out of their studio. Our long term guest in the back unit is extremely quiet and kind. Our lovely neighbor of 40 years will be available to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
