The space
Front entrance open patio space for relaxing in the building courtyard area. Main floor with living room, including a 75” TV with Sonos home theater system and fully equipped open kitchen. 1st bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Full in suite laundry washer and dryer. 2nd floor with 2nd bedroom with a twin size trundle bed which can convert into a king size bed as well as a 2nd full size bathroom. Master bedroom with private balcony and full size ensuite bathroom. Equipped with stand alone bathtub for a relaxing bubble bath evening and that glass of champagne. Also an office space with WIFI at a whopping 1 gigabit fibre speed, Ethernet, Ultrawide HDMI monitor, printer, adjustable height desk and Herman Miller chair. Make your way up to the 3rd floor into an amazing private sanctuary roof top deck and your own hammock to hang out on. Decorated tastefully with evening lights for a beautiful summer's evening.
Guest access
Entire use of townhome and private roof top deck. Full size 25 metre swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna room & hot tub is open for guest use.

check in time is 3-5pm. earlier or later check in may be possible with prior arrangement. Note: Any check ins after 10:45pm is a further 5 mins drive for key pick up. Please notify host for instructions.
Check Out is 10am- strict
Also we are not responsible for any lost items or personal injury.
NOTE: You will be receiving 1 set of keys for your stay. Keys will allow access into the building as well as access the garbage, recycling & amenities. Please ensure that key+fob are returned as there is $200 replacement fee per set of keys, should they be lost during your stay.
If a 2nd set of keys is requested a $225 security deposit will be charged in which at the end of the stay $200 will be refunded via airbnb with the return of the keys. Therefore, $25 fee for the use of 2nd set of keys for your entire duration of the stay.
