LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
The heart of the apartment with double aspect windows that look out to the city rooftops and towards the mountains.
Relax with a book or watch a film on the Smart TV (Netflix access and a USB port) after a day exploring La Laguna. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed for an additional guest.
The dining table seats six people and there's a cosy corner with great views where you can relax.
KITCHEN
There's everything you will need in the fully equipped kitchen, including:
• Ceramic hob
• Fridge freezer
• Kettle
• Nespresso offee machine, French press and Italian percolator (coffee lovers can buy freshly ground coffee from nearby coffee shop La Cafeína)
• Toaster
• Microwave
• Washing machine and clothes dryer

• Pots and pans.
MASTER BEDROOM
Comfortable standard sized double bed (135cm), good pillows and a firm mattress, wardrobe and draw space for your things and nice views of the city rooftops.
TWIN BEDROOM
Two single beds, wardrobe space and a desk.
OFFICE
The apartment has the bonus of an office so you can catch up on emails or work during your stay. There are a comfortable chair and a large desk and a window with a view!
There is super-fast fibre-optic wifi, making the apartment a great choice for remote workers, business travellers and students.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink and space to put your personal belongings.
COMMUNAL ROOFTOP TERRACE
You'll have access to the communal rooftop terrace from where you can admire the views of the whole city from above and enjoy your morning coffee.
PRIVATE GARAGE PARKING
Your own private parking spot in the centre of the city is a big plus!
Guest access
During your stay, the loft apartment will be your private home. You will also have access to one private parking spot and the shared roof terrace where you can enjoy the views of the city of La Laguna.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The loft is on the top floor (floor 3) and there is no lift in the building therefore this apartment is not suited to those who have limited mobility or families using baby strollers.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. For check-in, we'll give you access to a digital key via your smart phone which you can use to access the apartment. You will find a set of physical keys inside the apartment.
ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL
All guests over the age of 18 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). We will send you a message before arrival with clear instructions on how to complete the online check-in.
TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.
We provide all bed linen, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest, and 1 hand towel per bathroom.
To request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message.
MID-STAY CLEANING
Mid-stay cleaning is available at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
PARKING
Free private parking spot in a garage a few meters from the apartment building.
FAMILIES
We welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request so you can travel light and enjoy the comforts of home. Our baby pack includes:
• Travel cot with bottom sheet
• Highchair
• Baby bath tub with waterproof toys
• Bath lotion and shampoo
