WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM OUR DEAR GUESTS THAT IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF THIS HOLIDAY HOME A CONSTRUCTION WORK IS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY WHICH COULD CAUSE NOISE DISTURBANCE OF DIFFERENT NATURE IN THE COMING FUTURE. WE APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE.
The space
This beautiful, built in 2021 holiday penthouse has the best views on the Tejita Beach, the Red Mountain nature reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. It has two spacious floors with a fully equipped, open space kitchen with dining facilities, a cozy living room with a high quality sofa bed and a gorgeous private terrace with sunbeds and stunning views from the lower floor, a spacious bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV with IP and a working desk with a laptop monitor, all this with an amazing sea view! You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. A spiral staircase leads up to the private roof terrace. There are 3 sun loungers and a seating area. The terrace invites you to sunbathe as the sun is present almost the whole day. The view from up here is almost unique! A underground parking place belongs to this accommodation and the next supermarket is very close as also a little shopping center with bars and restaurants. You can also make use of the community swimming pool ( one for adults, one for children) and enjoy the sun! We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN.
As usual in our holiday homes, bed linen and towels and their spares, beachtowels, WIFI, hairdryer and an iron are included.
