Triplex house 5 min walk to the beach and the old town. Supermarket 100m. Cozy Terrace with a view to the beach and moroco. There're 5 rooms in total. First floor: A seperate studio with own kitchen/bathroom. still need to work a little? connect the 27" monitor with your laptop/PC in the office. enough storage for your physical files and papers. the little patio for relaxing in the greens.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with queensize and 2 single beds and bathroom. 3rd floor big kitchen and terrace.
The space
the best for one or two families. ask for children possibilities. but also just for a band of friends having a relaxing time together. coming for the wind or just the beach, the dunes, the mountains will be impressive.
Other things to note
the cleaning woman will come during your stay once and will clean the communal rooms like kitchen, bathroom, staircase and terrace. you can choose the day. that's including the cost.
