You live at the foot of the Alps directly on the ascent to the Zinnkopf, in a traffic-calmed side street, but are in 10 minutes walk in the village center.

On 50 sqm living you can make yourself (total 2 adults and 2 children plus 1 baby) quite comfortable. The furniture is largely self-made, from trees of the region in Chiemgau and provided by me with food-safe natural wax. Modern warmth offers you the underfloor heating.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and by the way, it doesn't matter if you use it or if you just get something from the delivery service... But if someone should grab the rage, then you have an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ceramic hob with all the Klim-Bims that belongs to cooking. If something is missing, let me know, I live next door to you and can help you out for sure.
A sofa bed(1,40m x 2m) will be gladly prepared by me, if you arrive with your children. If there is a little one traveling with you, I also have a travel crib for you to borrow.
I would like to point out that the cottage can not be 100% darkened due to the large windows and we are not barrier-free. But you can enjoy the mountains and the sunset better. Of course we have also thought of a stair guard so that the children have their limited run. The sockets have been automatically installed with child safety locks.
Of course we welcome single people, singles and couples, but should you arrive with your mice, you are welcome to borrow things from us. My husband and I discuss 2x a year, 1x because of the lights at Christmas ( we now have single with battery ) and when we go on vacation. But that also only since we have kids and the whole snot should fit in the car. :) The dispute we can take you off by, we you travel cot, high chair, stair guard, Deuter Kraxe, baby monitor, baby bath, potty, Radl and Wutsch, games for small and large as well as a Chariot Radlanhänger usable also as a buggy, can provide.
Dear pet owners we remain allergy friendly from the beginning, therefore it remains with people in the house. Speaking of allergies, I have bought allergy-friendly bedding and towels, if you need something special, let me know, possibly I can help you.

My husband is responsible for the technical side, but I'll list it now. Of course we have free WLAN, for example for workation, home office and business trips. Various streaming services (Prime Video, Disney+) are available to you on the 43-inch Smart TV, but you can also log in yourself with your account so that the series are already available.
We also have a Bluetooth box so you can listen to your podcasts, children's audio books or just music. 24/7 contactless arrival is also possible via a smart key system from spring 2022.
The bedroom was carpentered by our grandpa, it is a higher spruce king size bed, once in H2 and once H3 hardness, next to it everyone has their own hanging options and drawers for Gwand and technical devices. We also have an additional guest bed 80x200 cm, so you can turn the bedroom into a huge family bed for you and your loved ones to cuddle and feel close.
The daylight bathroom offers a level shower, a softclose toilet and a sink with antifog full body mirror. In addition, we provide all the necessary hygiene items such as cleaning utensils, sustainable cleaning products, dishwasher tabs, detergent, a battery vacuum cleaner, towels, dish towels, etc....
We also have a heart for athletes, you can store your bikes or skis etc. in the lockable garage(have stilldelivery time), furthermore you will find a few fascia rollers in the house, so you can stretch out after sports. Last but not least, you can use the washing machine and dryer on request.

My one and only grandma built a house with her husband in the 1960s, the so-called garage rooms were built on the garage and were rented out as usual in the past. In addition to the house, household and children, she took care of the guests, who at that time were still sitting at the dining table and were much more integrated into the family. Whether you like it or not, but she is my role model for what a woman can achieve and was certainly involved in how modern women in Bavaria wanted to live back then. In any case, my grandmother's last name is Fuchs and there was a huge wrought-iron sign with "Fuchsbau" on her house. However, since I have a different name, I remodeled the garage room into a luxury holiday home and transferred the name to the 21st century. This is how the name fuxbau came about and since our holiday home is directly adjacent to a mountain and the house looks towards the forest, it was clear it would be the fuxbau forest lounge. But now about us, we are a family of 4, very ordinary. Unfortunately, like for many other families, 2020 was not the glossy year, we all had to go through the crisis. My husband with 15 months of short-time work and I were no longer taken back from parental leave.
We are not people who will bury our heads in the sand in the long term. Soon we were sitting at the dining table we were discussing what the best thing to do. The idea was quickly born to build up a second mainstay.
