The space
The Mountain Studio is your perfectly located basecamp for truly experiencing Colorado. Just minutes from the base of Pikes Peak, North Pole Colorado, and conveniently central to Woodland Park, Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.
This spacious studio is perfect for 2 or 4 and we have numerous amenities for your little ones too. Enjoy stunning mountain views while enjoying a homecooked meal or local takeout on the patio. Soak in the hot tub after a day of adventuring. Cook up a feast on the gas grill or in the efficient but well-equipped kitchen. This space has been carefully created with you in mind, so you will have everything you need to have the absolute best stay in colorful Colorado.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette is efficient but powerful and packed with everything you need to make some delicious meals during your stay. There is a mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, griddle, waffle maker, sandwich press, and more! There are plates, cups, bowls, coffee mugs, flatware, knives and nearly every cooking utensil you can think of. We even have children’s plates, cups and flatware for your little ones. We provide some K-cups, ground coffee, cream, sugar, sugar free sweetener, bottled water and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco (21+) for you to enjoy.
Living Area
Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the 50” Roku TV with apps like Hulu and Netflix. We have some board games for you to play, a phone charging station and a sound machine. The side table lamp has USB ports and the sofa pulls out into a queen-size sleeper with super comfy memory foam mattress.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a beautiful rustic wood bed frame, and you will sleep well on the super comfy king-size mattress. We provide high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and fresh linens for your comfort. There is a side table and lamp with USB ports. The closet has plenty of hangers and a fan, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Kiddos
We have plenty of items on hand to help you save space when packing for your littlest one. There is a pack n play with bassinet and changing table attachment, highchair, baby monitor set, sound machine with some amazing lullabies, and a basket of toys. There are children's plates, cups, and flatware as well.
Bathroom
The bathroom is sparkling clean and has a full-size bathtub and shower. We provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, a hair dryer, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. We also provide fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and makeup cloths for your comfort.
Laundry
There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room onsite that you are welcome to use, and we provide a few complimentary laundry pods.
Outdoor
The side patio is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee while gazing at stunning mountain views (much closer than you'd expect!). There is a gas fire pit and grill for enjoying a home cooked meal or roasting marshmellows. There is also a separate shared patio area with hot tub, and additional outdoor dining set.
HOT TUB: The hot tub is locked due to safety and liability reasons. There is a QR code on the hot tub. When scanned, you will gain access to a liability agreement. Once it is agreed to digitally, you will be given a code to access the hot tub. Any damage to the hot tub is loss of security deposit and potentially further action.
Parking
There is off-street parking in the parking lot just outside the studio.
Guest access
Exclusive access to all parts of your Airbnb, your own private patio with fire pit and grill and plenty of parking. Please note that the hot tub and laundry room are shared with one other Airbnb on the premises.
Other things to note
PETS: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners time. A dog bed, food bowls, and poop bags are provided. We are happy to host both you and your pets!
SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of security deposit will occur.
HOT TUB: The hot tub is locked due to safety and liability reasons. You will receive the code with your check-in instructions.
OTHER AIRBNBS: There are two other Airbnb on the premises. They have their own private entrances, and there are no interior spaces that are shared. There is a back patio area with hot tub that is shared with just one other Airbnb. We ask you to be as considerate as possible if you do choose to use the shared hot tub. You will have your own fire pit and grill that is not shared as well.
