[Notice of construction near the facility, June 18, 2023]
We have been contacted by the Nanjo City Hall to carry out renovations on the adjacent city and law side about 20 meters south of our facility.
* The construction details are to be drained at the boundary of the dirt pile and repair them with the city law, and the construction equipment such as large crane cars and hydraulic shovels will be used.
* The construction period is scheduled from the end of June to the middle of December (it may be extended depending on the weather).
* Construction time is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
* During construction, it is also assumed that there will be noise and vibration, the arm of the crane car will enter sight, and the sea side landscape will be partially affected.
Since it does not affect the operation of the facility itself, you can use it during the construction period, but we kindly ask you to make sure you understand and make a reservation so that you can bring back pleasant memories during your stay.When the construction is finished, we will let you know on the homepage.

From mid-May to mid-December, our local government is planning to do road/land repair work 20 meters away from our Airbnb property(ocean view side). As a result, there may be construction noise and vibration during this period, and the ocean view may be ruined due to a large crane truck and excavator.
*Work will commence from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, except for Sundays and public holidays.
*The construction work will NOT enter inside our Airbnb property.
We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. We wish you to have the best stay at our Airbnb. Therefore, we ask you to consider it before staying at our Airbnb during this renovation period.

It is a spacious room with more than 100 square meters flat.Every room except the master bedroom is separated by a subway window like a school classroom.That's why it's a very open space with ocean views from every room, except the master bedroom.
Please note that the privacy outside of the★ master bedroom is somewhat disturbed.However, you will have privacy between bedrooms and LDK with lofts by pulling out sliding doors up to the ceiling of the living room.
The ★entrance approach has a two-step, one step from the dirt room to the floor, but the interior is flat and there are no steps.

■Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (can only be arranged in columns above the room specifications and can not be used side by side) with loft.
