Located in the historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is a peaceful and comfortable space to relax, work, or just get away from it all. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the living room picture window or from the hot tub in the large private backyard.
The space
This private home is a fun vibrant modern retreat. The perfect place for 8 people to relax and unwind.
In Palm Springs it's all about the backyard, and this brand new custom built salt water pool is the perfect place to relax. Floating steps separate the first baja shelf with 3 water fountains from the large pool. A second baja shelf with in water seats and umbrella make it a great place to enjoy a beverage out of the sun while still being in the water. No backyard is complete without a hot tub, and this is a favorite outdoor space that was specifically located for the best view of the mountains. Watching the sunset from this spot is just Divine. When it gets cold at night there are 2 fire pits to keep you warm. One is surrounded with an outdoor sectional; the other is located right next to the hot tub so you can dry off and be warm on those cold winter nights.
This home is just a 7 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs - a quick ride to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and casinos. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and several hiking trails are just 5 minutes away!
The all new kitchen is an entertainer’s paradise. The chef in the household will love cooking while also being social with guests sitting at the kitchen counter inside or passing snacks and drinks through the pocket window to guests sitting at the bar outside. The new appliances include an induction cooktop, Advantium speed oven/microwave and convection oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. ALL GUEST IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN ADDITIONAL RENTAL AGREEMENT. They must submit a copy of their ID and give their home address.
All guests will be required to abide by the rules set forth in Palm Springs' vacation rental Ordinance No. 1918. This includes, prior to check-in, providing a copy of a government ID (minimum age of 25), signing our rental agreement, and all guests signing the Palm Springs Statement of Rules and regulations.
