Holiday home, a few steps to the beach

Dear guests, we are Priscila & Gerald and rent out our Mediterranean holiday bungalow by the sea. For us it is the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the regional cuisine - we hope for you too. The wide sandy beach can be reached in just 200m via a private path. On the barely visible terrace you can grill or admire the beautiful evening sky on the roof terrace. Insider tips from Priscila's family, who have been living in Denia for years.
The space
The house has been designed in a typical Mediterranean, rustic style, with beautiful stone tiles, an open, kitchen, and a fireplace. The living room is air conditioned. Stand fans are available for the bedrooms. Everything is on one level. The three bedrooms each have a double bed. For each person there is a covered duvet (edredón nórdico). The main bathroom is equipped with a tub. Next to this is a WC. The private terrace is partly covered and barely visible from the outside. There is a barbecue, a shower and the access to the roof terrace. If you want to work here (workation), you will find a small desk in each bedroom and can use an 18-inch monitor (with HDMI connection) upon request. You can start the day with a coffee from the DeLonghi espresso machine. Beach chairs and sunshade are provided for our guests.
In the living room, there is a W-King speaker, which can be connected to Bluetooth.
All bedrooms are equipped with a standing fan.
Guest access
The house is conveniently located on the beach road to Denia. You can park in a covered private parking spot right next to the house. Denia can be reached by car in about 7 minutes.
Other things to note
We want our guests to have full cost control. That's why the electricity costs are included. We still ask for an economical use of the air conditioning and heating.
