The space
This studio is spacious and full of natural light, and comes fully equipped with some of following features:

- Comfortable and plush queen beds
- Hi-fi loudspeaker and home theater projector (laptop connection is required, and a variety of cables are provided)
- Working desk with an HD monitor and ergonomic chair for comfortable and prolonged work sessions
- Electronic heater shower in the bathroom, with a complimentary hair dryer, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Additional toiletries are available for a small fee.
- Kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, kettle pot, bowls, plates, and cups. Cooking utensils such as pans, pots, knives, cutting board, and basic seasoning are available upon request.
- Private long balcony for fresh air and sunlight.
- Laundry facilities include a clothes washing machine, hanger, and iron.
- Building amenities include a free swimming pool and treadmill.
- 24/7 safeguard for building security, and 24/7 parking slots available in the basement for motorbikes, as well as street parking for cars.
