Retro Florida Escape Minutes to Sun, Beach & Fun

We keep it simple; 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and plenty of space! This 1960's home is continuously updated to maintain a clean retro-modern look—minutes to fun, sun, and beach (5 min to Gulf Blvd and Madeira Beach). Conveniently located in a quiet family neighborhood, close to shopping, St Pete and great restaurants. This quaint area has views of the intracoastal waterways (no access). This house is a gem and a home away from home!

The space
The house is clean and continuously updated with paint, new furniture, new beds, and an open floor plan. Whether you are looking for a place to escape in Florida, relax in peace, on business (dual 27-inch monitor setup with USB docking), or just passing through, our house is clean, warm, and inviting! The house was recently purchased, so it has all new furniture, comfortable beds, and updated electronics. This home is an inexpensive lodging option for families, a simple staycation, great for business travelers, or a romantic getaway.

The house sleeps six minimum and ten in total:
- Bedroom one: King-size bed that sleeps one or two; 52-inch HD TV w/ Roku in room
- Bedroom two: Two queen-size beds that sleep two or four; 32-inch HD TV w/ Roku
- Bedroom three: a kid-friendly twin-size bed that sleeps one; 32-inch HD TV w/ Roku
- Bedroom three: a kid-friendly top bunk twin size bed that sleeps one; 32-inch HD TV w/ Roku
- Bedroom three: a kid-friendly bottom double bed that sleeps one or two; 32-inch HD TV w/ Roku
- Bedroom three: an extra kid-friendly mattress for the floor under the bed; 32-inch HD TV w/ Roku

Optionally, the couch can sleep one, so technically ten people could sleep in our house.

- Purchased 52" HD TV for the master bedroom (07-2020)
- Installed a new bunk bed in the kids' room with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (07-2021)
- Purchased 32" HD TVs with Roku for each bedroom (07-2021)
- Refreshed main bathroom tub (07-2022)
- Refreshed and painted kitchen (07-2022)
- Added air fryer (07-2022)
- Replaced water heater (12-2022)

Guest access
This home is private, and you can access the whole house and backyard. We will have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a grill available for use. The owner is a tech executive, so expect good WIFI, a smart TV, and, if needed, a dual-monitor setup to work efficiently. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms! This house is simple yet tech-savvy.

[Disclosure:] Per our insurance, we are required to have an alarm system and cameras to monitor the property. These are here for surveillance. There are the following devices:
- Alarm system: Tracks when the alarm is armed and disarmed.
- Camera on the front door: Tracks front door and front yard. The surveillance goes back 14 days.
- Camera on driveway: Tracks the driveway and yard. The surveillance is a point in time and does not record.
- Camera in the garage: This watches the garage and door. The surveillance is a point in time and does not record.
- Camera on the front of the house: Tracks the driveway and yard. The surveillance is a point in time and does not record.
- Camera on the left side of the house: Tracks the driveway, gate, and side garage door. The surveillance is a point in time and does not record.

These devices can be disabled upon request.
