The space
n this ad there are 2 apartments (82 and 80 sqm), which are newly built and modernly furnished and are located in the same house.
In the modern and stylish apartments you can expect a great equipment, a large roof terrace, balcony, access to the garden, XXL bathtub and two rain showers.
There is room for 12 guests.
From the parking lot in front of the front door, it is only a few steps to the apartments' own separate entrance.
♥ The apartments are connected by a staircase located in the outdoor area, on which is also the large roof terrace, which invites you to linger.
♥ You can expect an open and well-cut living concept with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, an XXL bathtub and 2 large rain showers, as well as a phenomenal roof terrace, balcony and private garden use.
♥ You could start your day with delicious coffee or tea and enjoy all the nice amenities of these two apartment
♥ in each of the 2 living rooms you will find a high quality queen size sofa bed, for two people each and a 50 inch smart TV with Diney Plus, game console and soundbar.
♥ All 4 bedrooms have comfortable double beds, three in queen size and one French double bed.
♥ Each bedroom has a workstation.
♥ Two of them have a workstation with 32 inch monitor, which is also a smart TV with Netflix. Also there is a docking station in each room, which is compatible for MAC, Windows and all popular operating systems. Of course, you'll find a keyboard and mouse here.
♥ In the open living rooms you'll find cozy seating areas with a sofa, armchair, large smart TV and soundbar. High-speed WIFI and Smart TV invite you to unwind after a long day in the city.
Both kitchens are of course fully equipped with stove, large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. In the middle of the open space you will find a cozy dining area, which invites you to linger.
One of two bathrooms is equipped with a large rain shower, XXL bathtub and a washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes horse. The second daylight bathroom also has another rain shower and all the above mentioned things (except the bathtub).
