Cozy with style in the heart of Stein. This is my 2022 completely renovated and newly furnished 1 room apartment (20sqm) for 1-2 people! If you are like me and value a pleasant stay, reliability and a smooth process, I will be very happy to provide you with this as a living space.

The accommodation:
The bright living/bedroom looks stylish and cozy. Here you will find a 140 x 200 cm bed for relaxed sleep alone or for those who like to have it cuddly, also gladly for two people. Also a wardrobe, a 43 inch TV and a work desk with 32 inch monitor.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide you with the following:
Fully equipped kitchen: the kitchen invites you to cook & eat. Microwave and oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), small appliances such as toaster and kettle offer you flexibility in cooking.
Modern bathroom: In the modern bathroom with are a shower, hairdryer, as well as hand soap, shampoo, towels and of course a mirror.
Basics for everyday life: vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Special service: free coffee capsules (Nespresso coffee machine), tea, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Technical equipment: 100mb internet (WLAN) - 43 inch TV with cable connection and Fire TV stick (Netflix, Youtube etc.) TV with over 200 channels - 32 inch monitor (USB C cable and HDMI cable).

Stein is considered a link between unspoiled nature and the offerings of the metropolitan area around the city of Nuremberg. Directly around the corner you will find numerous shopping facilities (BioMarkt, Lidl, Steinforum, etc.), a bank (Sparkasse), a pharmacy and restaurants (Italian, Greek, kebab, etc.) for any needs.
Sights are very easy to reach due to the central location. It is not far to the main train station, Nuremberg airport, trade fair (Messezentrum) and Erlangen University. In addition, there is a wide range of leisure activities in and around Stein: art & culture - nature & wildlife - sports & fun. There is something for every taste.
