Premier location in Naples Park, walk or bike to the beach!Free pass for Florida state parks & beaches provided. Fully equipped 4 bedroom / 2 bath house with comfy family outdoor room. Oversized saltwater pool is covered under lanai. Our house is set for fun with foosball table, beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, wfh equipment, fitness equipment and ping pong! A high chair, stroller, crib and beach toys are provided for the little ones.
The space
Imagine you went on vacation but forgot your whole suitcase? Yeah, now you are panicking...but we got you! No towels? No books? No umbrella? We have everything you might need for that perfect vacation. Just bring yourself and some beachwear!
This is a great property on a premier location in Naples Park, only 5-7 minutes away from the beach whether by car or bike. You can also walk to the beach and it would take you only 15-20 minutes. Vanderbilt beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, with white powdery sands,
turquoise water and wonderful sunsets. We love to get up early, jump on our bikes and get to the beach right in time to see dolphins playing and pelicans “fishing” their breakfast.
This is a fully equipped 4 bedroom / 2 bath house with a big outdoor family room that has sectional sofa, large TV, grill and dining table. Oversized heated pool is covered under lanai keeping the insects away. Our house is set for fun with foosball table, ping pong, pool volleyball, free weights, yoga mat, beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, coolers, outdoor furniture, working table &
with monitor and new linens and towels. A high chair, a stroller, crib, beach toys and boogie boards are provided for the little ones. There are plenty of books and board games provided in the living room. Double garage with spacious driveway that can easily feet 3 cars.
Each bedroom has a smart TV and 4/6 TVs have Xfinity cable. The master bedroom has a king bed, second and third room have queen beds and fourth room has bunk beds. The third room has a beautiful working space if you want to WFP- aka work from the pool. The master bedroom and the third bedroom have sliding doors leading to the pool. Imagine waking up and jumping straight into refreshing water before enjoying that first morning coffee. The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the rooms for additional privacy and has it’s own bathroom and big walk-in closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new pots & pans, Keurig elite coffee maker, grindller & toaster, tea pot, blender and Breville citrus juicer perfect for local Florida citruses. And not for forget Margaritaville blender for refreshing margaritas, pina coladas, and daiquiris.
Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. There is also a spacious laundry room with washer & drier, additional towels & linens, and cleaning equipment.
