Greetings! This is a great, centrally-located place to stay if you want to explore the food and drink scene in Denver’s best neighborhoods including the Highlands, Tennyson, RiNo, Downtown. The condo is located right next to I-70, which takes you directly to the mountains, so you’ll have no problem finding adventure. You’ll have full access to the updated kitchen which includes an espresso machine to get you moving in the morning and a cozy living room to relax in after exploring Colorado.

The space
Located on the first floor, you’ll have full access to the kitchen, the living room, the patio and grill, two full bathrooms (the master bathroom has two benches in the shower and is an easy step-in-step-out shower), washer and dryer, two bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one bedroom also has a pull out futon), and parking space.

Guest access
You’re a quick 6 minute drive to the Highlands, a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Sloans Lake, a 10 minute drive to the city (including union station, the baseball stadium, and RiNo), a 12 minute drive to the football stadium, and a 3 minute drive to hop onto the highway to head toward the mountains. Ubers/Lyfts are abundant in the area (we recommend comparing prices as they go back and forth with which is cheaper).

Other things to note
You’ll have full access to the espresso machine, spice rack, and pots and pans for all your cooking needs. You are free to utilize the grill as well. The home is equipped with a nest to monitor temperature. Feel free to use the washer and dryer. The guest bedroom has a wonderful WFH space. We use this area and the dining room to WFH ourselves. The guest bedroom has an easy-to-pull-out futon and a second TV. The master bedroom has two full closets and another bathroom attached.
