Please note the following House Rules before booking:
1. No smoking.
There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.
2. Strict no parties policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules
3. No pets are allowed.
4. Children.
We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies in the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and Furnished Properties accepts no responsibility.
5. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 7 AM.
No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.
