This spacious, custom-renovated condo is amazingly quiet and relaxing. Perfect for students, Med Center and NRG visitors, and work from home.
It's just a few minutes' drive to the TMC, Rice, UH, NRG, and Hermann Park. For walkers, it's 5 minutes to the shuttle stop, 10 minutes to a bike station, and 15 minutes to the METRORail.

During your stay
Unless I'm traveling, I will be staying in the upstairs bedroom and using the shared spaces. Depending on my availability, I may or may not be able to socialize with guests. However, I am always just a text or call away! I can also help with rides to the grocery store when I'm free.
Other things to note
For long-term stays, bookings are limited to one person and females only, and I'd like to make sure that we are suitable housemates beforehand. Also, WFH amenities (ergonomic chair and monitor) may not be available for long-term stays.
