The space
Welcome to your spacious soundproofed room in Bakersfield! This house was just built in 2022 along with modern accents, lofted ceilings and a beautiful floors!
This Airbnb includes a gym membership that is a 9 minute drive from your room at 4205 Resnik Ct #4, Bakersfield CA 93313. The gym is open all night and all day, 7 days a week (24/7)! Key fob included with room key. This gym scores the highest rated gym in Bakersfield, where the fire fighters, college athletes, professional powerlifters and body builders go to train. Yet, the gym is inclusive enough, multiple mothers workout there and leave their young kids in the daycare area or workout with their teenagers. Please be respectful of the gym and rerack your weights - the owner made a special exception for us to do this.
You have a 55 inch 4k TV with HBO max, Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix. There is a bran-new Casper queen mattress with sheets AND comforter both washed and sterilized. A full bathroom 95% private (possibly shared or private your night) with towels, soaps, feminine products and more. Fresh ground coffee is available for your convenience along with green, hibiscus, and chamomile teas. Tesla level 2 charger and air filters for constantly fresh air!
The game room near the entrance currently has a pingpong table that can be used from 10am to 8pm every day.
There is a large closet inside your room for your luggage and clothes. Extra comforters, blankets and pillows are available to ensure your comfort on your request.
The house is entirely a 1-story house so there are no stairs and is highly accessible and spacious.
For those who suffer from allergies or concerned about spreading respiratory illnesses, there's MERV13 filtration through the house and HEPA filters in various rooms to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.
There are 10 cameras ONLY on the exterior of the house and the garage for your safety and privacy. The internet is gigabit so it's extremely fast.
Cleaning: Your comforter, sheets, pillow cases, and towels are washed to a sanitizing level between your stay and the previous guest. The bathrooms are sanitized. All floors are vacuumed at noon every day. Both your glass to drink from and the water container are both sanitized in the dishwasher. Floors through the house are often carpet shampooed and mopped as well approximately every 2 weeks.
Check-in is anytime from 3pm the day of your reservation to 3am the next day's early morning. You could check-in earlier but might not have access to your room until 3pm depending on when the previous guest leaves.

Mercie (nursing student) and Zak (engineer) are both sociable if you'd like any details about the area if you are visiting. We are experienced outdoors people with the best hiking, camping, rating, kayaking spots in driving distance.
