Large deck equip with fire-pit, outdoor table with seating for 10, and 2 couches. Right off the deck are 4 lounge chairs and daybed adjacent to pool.
The space
FIRST FLOOR
Foyer - hooks for coats and bench for bags with underneath area for shoes.
Living room - living room L-shaped couch comfortably fits 4 adults, coffee table, and additional chair. Shelving next to smart TV has books and board games that guests are welcome to enjoy. Please note this is the only TV with cable in the house.
Dining Room - beautiful west elm table with seating for 8 adults. Comprised of 5 chairs and one bench.
Kitchen - chefs will rejoice in ample utensils, appliances, and large island with seating for 4.
Half bath is located off of the kitchen.
First floor master - Gorgeous lightning envelops this room with queen sized bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom with two sinks and rain shower. An office desk with monitor is also available for your WFH needs.
SECOND FLOOR
Second floor master - Queen bed with storage, two nightstands, dresser and large closet. Smart TV is available for all your streaming needs. Ensuite bathroom is original to the house and WC/shower is separated by a door from the sink area.
Secondary bedroom - Queen bed with dresser, nightstand, medium custom closet.
Tertiary bedroom - Full sized bed with nightstand and original closet.
FINISHED BASEMENT
Den area - Couch that comfortably fits three adults and has a full sized pullout mattress. Smart TV also available for entertainment.
Workout area - Peloton, workout bench, bowflex style weights, and resistance bands available for guests to use.
Sleeping Alcove - Two full sized beds and please note there is no door.
Full bathroom
Washer/Dryer - behind door you'll find an iron and board.
FENCED IN BACKYARD
Brand new wrap around deck - Accessed by sliding doors either from first floor master or next to dining room table. Two couches surround fire pit (propane). On the side of the house on the deck is a table with seating for 10 to enjoy meals outside.
Pool - the entire pool is 5 ft so NO DIVING, it is a social pool :) a daybed and 4 lounge chairs, along with umbrella are provided to enjoy the summer weather.

Entire house is available EXCEPT garage and owners closet in basement.
