Ideally suited for large families or groups of up to 4 adults as loft area is set-up for kids (Check out or other listing for larger groups).
The space
Recently renovated and fitted with high quality furnishing and appliances this home is warm and cozy in the winter and cooled by the bay breezes in the summer making it beautiful to enjoy year round. Includes Wi-fi, Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.
Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom and desk with Smart TV that can double as monitor if you need to “work from home”.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed and desk with external monitor as a second place to "work from home".
Upstairs Loft (Kookaburra Clubhouse): Set-up as a kids space (ideal for ages 3+) has two king single beds and double sofa bed lots of kids toys/games and space to play. This area has a heavy curtain for privacey from the main living area and fun cubby holes to peak down through.
Main Bathroom: spacious with bath, shower and seperate toilet. Amenities in All Bathrooms: hair dryer, heated towel bar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Kitchen/Living/Dining: sunny open plan space with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, generous fridge/pantry space, coffee machine and many appliances.
Kitchen Amenities: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oil, salt pepper, small selection of spices, and condiments.
Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, iron/board, and outdoor clothes line (and small indoor one incase it rains)
Outside areas: Porches for dining and lounging are located in the front and back. Back includes BBQ and fully enclosed garden with mature plants and paths to wander and enjoy the birds and flowers.
Parking: Two Carport spaces w/ additional parking along driveway.
