The space
The penthouse has an open plan kitchen and sitting room with 56” TV and sonos sound bar. It has a large extendable dining table and a separate workstation with monitor & HDMI ready to go if you need!
The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you might need, plus you’re very welcome to use our oils, herbs and spices in the cupboards. There is also a nutribullet and hand mixer.
The bedroom has a large king size bed, the bathroom is adjoining with a walk in shower.
The roof terrace is magical. There’s a large 6 seater table which extends to seat 12, plus two large single beds with waterproof cushions. There’s also 4 plug points which means you can work out there, power a speaker, or use the patio heater on chilly evenings! There’s also a mini home gym with mats, hex weights and a weighted bar. You can’t beat a bit of yoga on the roof terrace either!
We have excellent WiFi here, 2 people can easily WFH with rapid connectivity (also reaching easily to the terrace).
What's around?
Lavender Hill - has a variation of pubs, convenient shops / supermarkets (Sainsburys, Whole Foods, ASDA) and restaurants. There’s a lovely deli across the road for your morning pastry and coffee or a lovely deli lunch. There is a convenience store directly across the road which is incredibly well stocked with nearly all ingredients you may need.
Northcote Road / Battersea Rise - 6 mins away - cafes, bars, bakeries, shops and a wonderful selection of restaurants, plus a great Saturday market. On weekends, this road has become pedestrianised which adds a great village-like feel. Set off the main road, it is a hidden gem.
Parks - Clapham Common (10 min walk) - with a great cafe and tennis courts. Battersea Park (19 min walk) - offering an array of cafes, Go-Ape, tennis courts and sports facilities, as well as scenic river walks.
St John's Hill - a great feature to the neighbourhood, including a popular butcher, pubs and our favourite restaurant Taverna Trastevere!

You will gain access to the flat via a communal stair case which is used by the other flats in the townhouse.
Other things to note
Please note that this is our home so we’re looking for lovely people to enjoy it and look after it as if it were their own. Since we live here, there will be some of our belongings and clothes in the flat. Though of course we’ve made plenty of space for your things too! :)
Accessibility - The flat is also on the 4th floor, please be aware there is no lift! Please consider this if climbing stairs causes difficulty.
Parking - the road is in a residential parking zone. Parking can be provided upon request, with advance warning at GBP 10 a day. Free on Sundays.
