The brand-new home comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests with 8 bedrooms, 3 floors and an elevator. The space
This beautiful, newly built home spans three floors with 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms (8 full), indoor and outdoor dining with space for 10 at each table, an elevator, as well as a private pool, hot tub and boardwalk. It is also optimized for remote work or a corporate retreat with super fast WiFi (+300mbps), 6 dedicated workstations and a whiteboard wall. We even have a golf cart on premise for your convenience!

-Bedrooms-
The property has 8 beautifully designed bedrooms. There are three king beds and four queens, all with premium Eight Sleep Pod Pro mattresses. If you don’t have them in your bedroom, you’ll want them after you stay here and get the best night’s sleep with their cooling technology! There is also a quad bunk room with 8 full mattresses. We use extremely soft Nollapelli sheets in all of our bedding!

There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.

-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, spice rack, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. The indoor dining area has a table for 10, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. There is an additional outdoor dining table for 10.

-Workstations-
The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and six amazing state-of-the-art workstations. Each are complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work outdoors! We also have a whiteboard wall for collaboration/brainstorming, and table tennis for when you need a break.

-Living Space-
There are two living areas with couches, Sonos speakers and smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows or movies.

-Outdoors-
The outdoor area has a winter-heated pool, hot tub, loungechairs and an outdoor shower. We have several deck areas, which include a dining table for 10 with grill and various seating areas. There is also a private boardwalk (with gate that locks) to take you to the beach – just a few steps away. You also have access to our golf cart.

-Bathrooms-
The home has eight full bathrooms and two half baths. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and even two Dyson hair dryers so you don’t have to pack your own!

-24/7 Concierge-
We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions, provide recommendations, arrange grocery deliveries or mid-stay cleans and more. If you’re planning a corporate retreat, reach out and we can even assist with the itinerary!

-Pet-friendly-
We love your furry friends (almost as much as you do) – but they must be disclosed in advance. Pets cannot be left unattended and their safety is your responsibility. Please see the “Things to Note” section for our full pet policy.

Other things to note
We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!

We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety, especially with the pool. If you have a special request for your child (crib, high-chair, car seat, kid-friendly flatware) let us know.

We welcome pets, but you must notify us in advance and there is an additional $100 per pet fee that goes directly to the cleaner for their added work. We also reserve the right to charge you for any damages caused by your pet. By booking, you agree you are responsible for their safety and to keep your pets off the furniture and pick up their waste on and around the property. The fee is optional for service animals.

We are constantly making improvements to the smart home controls. You do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should they malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.

No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
