The space
Here is the room-by-room rundown...
MASTER BEDROOM: Plush King Sized Bed, walk-in closet, remote control ceiling fan and light. The en-suite master bathroom lends a retreat-like feel with its rainwater shower and his and her sinks.
BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan, desk with monitor and ergonomic chair for those Working From Home (WFH).
BEDROOM 3: Queen Bed, ceiling fan, drawer chest to unpack belongings.
BATHROOM 2: Tub / Shower combo, a regular circulation fan is present, has extra toiletries, toilet paper, tons of extra towels.
KITCHEN - Large entertainment Kitchen counters, complete with Large fridge, freezer with filtered water, and Ice maker. A Huge breakfast bar island, plenty of utensils, cups, dishes, coffee bar, mugs, updated appliances, gas stove, Oven, microwave, cocktail glasses, wine openers and more.
OPEN SPACES: You’ll love entertaining outdoors or indoors. The large living room maximizes air flow to provide a low-risk interior entertainment space with 20 foot ceilings, three exterior doors, two exterior windows, and a powerful ceiling fan. Large trees provide shade to the entire back yard and the entire outside is xeriscaped with black rocks throughout.
For those who would like to keep touch with work while traveling, the entire property is covered by G-Fiber WiFi points that deliver fast and secure internet connectivity. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a desk and ergonomic chair for those Working From Home.
For those guests who are early to bed or staying with kids, the sleeping arrangements are a perfect setup. Two quiet bedrooms are available upstairs and the master bedroom is tucked into the back of the property. This layout leaves all the community spaces, yards, and patio available for entertaining into the evening.
You can park your car in our covered car port.
The back yard is fully enclosed by a privacy fence, and includes a wood deck with professionally installed hanging string lights, a grill, and an outdoor seating area.
Rest assured that as long as a threat of COVID exists, all handles, keypads, light switches, knobs, remotes, and high touch areas are cleaned with 3M hospital-grade disinfectant prior to your arrival.
Guest access
The entry to the house is keyless, you'll receive your personalized access code on the day you check-in.
All areas are accessible except locked closets.
Other things to note
We have a secure entry system with a unique door code that we provide as booked. We have a security camera at the carport to ensure the safety of the guests, and to keep a head count, should there be more guests than were in the original booking we request you let us know in advance.
