The space
Welcome to your paradise escape in Jacksonville, Florida! This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house boasts ample space and amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation.
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan with a spacious living room with an indoor wood fireplace, a family room with 70-inch Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, LARGE dining table to fit eight people; perfect for gathering and making memories with friends and family. There are Sonos Speakers located throughout the home and outdoors so you can always have the good vibes playing with your favorite tunes.
The primary bedroom has a king, memory foam bed with luxurious bamboo linens, and 45-inch Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen, memory foam bed and CordaRoy Convertible Bean Bag that turns into a Queen-Sized bed. The home office has a couch and automatic inflating queen air mattress for use if needed. Each bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
The home office offers high-speed wifi and dual monitors with a webcam and docking station so your personal laptop can be connected to both monitors making the PERFECT home office set-up. Feel free to use the whiteboards on the wall to brainstorm and write down your work notes.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the ultimate Florida experience. The backyard is perfect for outdoor activities and barbecues or taking a dip in the 3-7' deep pool with enough seating for your family and friends to lounge in the sun or enjoy a fire underneath our string lighting by the pool. Both charcoal and propane grilling is available.
2 inflatable SUP available for use as well (waiver must be signed.)
