The space
-The cottage features 3 TV’s (both bedrooms and 1 in living room) all with complimentary YouTubeTV and free streaming from many other popular Network TV apps (live & on demand on most major network apps) You can also log into and use Prime video, Hulu or any other services you may subscribe to that are available during your stay with us. Bedrooms feature USB and 3 prong power to keep your devices charged!
-Fast and Free WiFi to stay connected to the world. Up to 300mbps plan, runs about 100mbps during peak times.
-Fully equipped kitchen with full set of cooking utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans, cutlery, blender, toaster, Kuerig (Coffee & Tea included), slow cooker, hand mixer, full deluxe knife set and more!
-Each Bedroom features full set of linens, 4 pillows (firm & soft), quilt and cozy fleece blanket.
-Fully stocked bathroom with Resort style amenities, fluffy white towels, blow dryer and relaxing rain style shower head.
-Beautiful sunroom and outdoor area with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and BBQ grill.
-Washer/Dryer available to our guests.

The cottage has a security system and 2 outdoor cameras to monitor the exterior of the property for everyone’s safety. The Security system is only used on days the home is vacant and is NOT used or armed at any time during your stay.
*please note that our Gardner will be on-site as needed spring-fall (days alternate due to weather conditions) to mow the grass and blow debris/ leaves off the gravel areas and lawn.*
ACCIDENTS:
The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of life that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risks of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
