Separate centrally located open concept basement unit (near Casa Loma), 7 KM from downtown. Bright space w/ eat in kitchen for 2 & laundry.

Access is down the side of the house with motion sensor LEDs .
**NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN**
Heating/cooling cannot be controlled in the apartment other than opening and closing the plastic vents in the ceiling. Space heater for use in winter. The house is kept at 70/72 degrees.
The space
Open concept, with separate entrance and keyless entry. Full kitchen with dishes, basic cooking utensils, stove, microwave, coffee and tea. I've added an extra computer monitor to ease WFH, serve as a small TV.
This is a basement apartment with 8 foot ceilings and bright pot lights.
Guest access
Access is down the side of the house, but has motion sensor lighting. The door is a keypad, code is available once you book but I do change it and I will send it to you before the visit.
Sofa bed in common area is a double. Main bed in bedroom is a queen.

Street parking can be arranged through the city of Toronto. website. Needs to be printed but I can print it for you at work during the week if necessary.
