A modern place of Zen in the middle of Makati CBD. The Interior is designed to be spacious, functional and relaxing. It's a fully furnished one-bedroom unit complete with kitchen utilities & fittings, bathroom with heater & glass divider for utmost privacy, custom-fit sofa & bed with storage, custom-fit cabinets, study-table, curated balcony for a perfect date overlooking Makati & Mountains of Rizal. Fast internet for work from home scenario is available too.
The space
This is my personal space and I designed it to be both functional for when I’m working-from-home and relaxing. Now I am residing in France and I thought of sharing the flat with you. I hope you will treat it as your own. When I am in Manila, I still love to stay here.
If you choose to stay here, you will have an access to the lobby, lounge, resort type swimming pool, playground, landscaped garden and private jogging paths. My co-host will assist you all the way.
The unit is located at the 32nd floor, it is a corner unit which allows more quiet surrounding. It is just beside the fire-exit for extra safety feeling.
The kitchen is complete with a rice cooker, water filter & heater, coffee maker, bread toaster and a pan if you want to cook. Basic spices are also available in the pantry. I have kitchen fittings which holds plates, bowls and utensils for 4 people and wine glasses for that relaxing evening.
The room is equipped with a Split-type air-con which is very quiet and an orthopedic bed for a good night sleep.

INTERNET SPEED is upto 35MBPS
Cable TV is also available.
Our lobby exit is just beside Jazz Mall entrance near Vikings, Dental Center, Waxing Station and a Spa.

THINGS TO NOTE: Pre-registration requirement.
- The Condominium Administration requires a copy of all the (international) guests' passport to be submitted for building security purposes. For local guests, a copy of a government issued ID will suffice.
COVID-19 Requirements for guests. Kindly accomplish the following:
*Guest authorization Form (GAF) signed by the unit owner/resident
*Vaccine Card
*Photocopy of valid ID’s

- If you are flying in, please provide your flight booking details so my co-hosts can monitor your flight and plan for your arrival.
CHECK IN/OUT:
Check in : Between 3:00pm - 6:00pm. For later check-ins, please ensure we have your documents before 3pm so we can process your entry permit, admin office closes early.
Check out: 12 noon.
You can arrange for self-checkout or my co-host can come to meet you.
TOWELS:
1 set of bath towel & hand towels included with beddings.
For stays 2 weeks or longer, we will provide (1) one more extra set of bedding and towels.
For extra towel & bedding requests on top of the inclusion, there is an additional fee of PHP250 for every extra set of bedding and PHP 50.00 for extra 2 pieces of towels.
POOL:
Use of pool is NOT INCLUDED in this booking but can be arranged for the 2 guests for a FEE. Building Admin requires payment of PHP150 on ordinary day and PHP300 on weekends and holidays per guest/person. Please let us know if you want to use the pool & which day/s so we can arrange it for you. Fees must be pre-paid in the building’s administrative office and is not included in the room rates.
GYM: The room rate and your stay to the unit has no access to the gym. Building admin ruling is that only long-term resident ( long-term renters) and unit owners have access to the gym. Unlike the pool, we cannot pay for your entry to the gym.
Lastly, I hope you take care of the items inside the flat as they are all my personal stuff. I am also a traveller in Airbnb and I try to pay-it-forward by ensuring I leave the place as I found it.

Other things to note
For stays longer than 2 weeks ( 14 days), we require additional cleaning of the flat on guest's expense at 750 per cleaning. I will send a professional cleaning service to ensure the place is clean for your enjoyable stay.

Minimum stay allowed by the building due to covid is 1 month.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the building requires COVID 19 Vaccine Card prior to arrival. Once booked, please send us your ID and Vaccine card in order to process your entry.
