Equipped, sustainable, cozy : perfect WFH place!

Our cozy home is sustainably solar powered and is completely set up for short and long term stays. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is within 10 minutes of the university, University Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center, downtown, and several dozen restaurants.
There is 1 gb/s internet, two workspace desks and an extra monitor.
We have a pack and play crib, high chair, and jogging stroller available upon request.
A very fast level 2 Juicebox 48 EV charger is available onsite.
The space
We set up our home with work-from-home couples and business travelers in mind. The internet is extremely fast, capable of supporting 10+ Zoom streams, as well as streaming video, etc. simultaneously. We have a $400, fully adjustable office chair and two desks ready for you to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped, more than enough to make a complete Thanksgiving meal. It has high-end appliances and comes with a blender, waffle maker, toaster, instant pot, and all the knives, spatulas, bottle openers, silverware, and other utensils you will need.
Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, Disney+, ESPN+, and Kanopy are provided on both the living room and bedroom televisions.
If you love coffee, here's your chance to try out a french press, pourover, cold brew, Turkish coffee, and moka pot. The house also has Amazon Echo devices so you can try out voice controlled digital assistants.
There is a rollaway available upon request.
The entire property is powered by solar (but, of course, it does have electricity 24 hours a day.)
Room darkening shades are in place in the first bedroom.
The house is attached to a studio that can also be rented on Airbnb, and there is a casita on the same grounds as well. Please have a look at my profile for links to these units. While they are on the same lot, you will most likely never see or hear the guests in those buildings unless you want to. In over 2 years months of hosting, we haven't received a single complaint or even comment about this.
Please note: due to allergies, pets are explicitly prohibited. We have cameras on the outside of the house and so pets cannot be snuck in. Those who bring animals will be immediately evicted, and a $300 fee will be charged.
Every dollar of our cleaning fee goes to our cleaning lady!
Guest access
You'll have complete access to a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room area, and two bedrooms. The only space you will be sharing with others is the laundry area, which is shared with other guests who are staying in the separate studio apartments on the property. They have their own separate yards, and you will most likely never see them.
Because of this arrangement, it should be noted that you won't have access to a backyard. As shown in the pictures, though, you will have a seating area out front.
Other things to note
We're sorry, but absolutely no pets or smoking inside. Any odor or evidence of smoking or pets will incur a $300 fee. This includes even bringing your cigarette butts inside.
The air conditioning/heating has a range of 74 to 80, with some flexibility upon request. We have ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms which make the house feel even cooler.
We have put time into being environmentally friendly: the house is solar powered and uses dual flush toilets and high efficiency appliances. Our linens and towels are frequently line dried.
Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request at a reasonable price.
This house can be rented as part of a larger 4bedroom, 3 bath house including the studios on the sides of the house. Please do a search here for "Private, sustainable, cozy 4br3b, perfect for WFH!"
SERVICE ANIMALS:
We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs. Please note that to be a service animal, the animal is by definition required to be with you **at all times**, and thus cannot be left alone in the unit. Please note that the State of Arizona has a $250 fine for misrepresenting a service animal.
