The property is in the heart of Barrio Escalante -a former coffee plantation turned gastronomical oasis where the streets are lined with dozens of restaurants from around the world, cafes, bakeries and bars to please even the most serious foodie (many of them vegan friendly!). Enjoy the outdoor space at Parque Francia located steps from the property. And, check out the neighborhoods thriving art scene!
The space
Decorated with high-end modern interiors and equipped with everything you'll need to live like a local. All pieces inside the property are bespoke; designed and handmade by local talent to showcase Costa Rican art and design. This space is great for digtial nomads as we offer a standing desk, a premium German made gaming chair, and a desk monitor to make working from home comfortable and convenient. Added bonus: Catch the most vibrant sunsets from your private 25th floor balcony! In addition, the building is secured with 24/7 security guard on-site and provides even more amenities from a co-working space and yoga room on the 29th floor to a heated pool and gym on the 7th floor.
Guest access
Due to Covid-19 restrictions some amenities might not be available or requires previous reservation. Request the use of them before you confirm your reservation to be informed about availability or defined restrictions. Only registered guests can be in the apartment or building.
The guest may use amenities available in the building, such as:
• Concierge services (24/7)
• Floor 6: Laundry room (app Lavafácil)
• Floor 7: Gym and pool
• Piso 8: Zen Par
• Floor 29: Coworking space and meeting rooms
• Car Parking: max 6,5 feet high.
**Some spaces and amenities may be temporarily restricted for their maintenance.

Free Parking Spot is available in a secured parking garage within the building. Reservation is required. Free street parking also readily available right outside of the building.
