● Nowadays EL POBLADO is just another cosmopolitan area full of TOURISTS from all around the world; but there's a reason why they started to come in the late 90s to MEDELLIN. Because of the REAL PAISA CULTURE AND ITS PEOPLE.
● If you want to experience the CULTURE and the PEOPLE who really belong here, you MUST come to Sabaneta. In this neighborhood remain many of the LOCAL people with their fantastic RESTAURANTS and hundreds of small BUSINESS where you can buy and get LITERALLY EVERYTHING.

Besides that, This is one of the 18 apartments I rent through AIRBNB in the country (check my profile to see my other accommodations all around Colombia). This one is on the 22 floor of a building in SABANETA (The neighborhood were remain many of the LOCAL people with their fantastic RESTAURANTS and hundreds of small BUSINESS where you can buy and get LITERALLY EVERYTHING). The room were you sleep is VERY SPACIOUS and it has the best view of the city (The SUNSET will leave you speechless: MUST WATCH).
*Please note that from may 10th to may 20th the shower won't have hot water for maintenance of the pipes of the building.
● BEDROOM Includes: One MATRIMONIAL bed, 50 inches LG Smart TV
● LIVING ROOM Includes: Sofa, SPACE FOR WORK (Chair + desk + monitor with HDMI and VGA), Balcony with the best view of all MEDELLIN.
● SPACE FOR WORK: Includes executive chair that’s comfortable to work and and a desk with space for a laptop and work accessories. You can work with the best view of the city and you can plug an Ethernet cable directly to your laptop from the modem/router.
● ENTERTAINMENT: 2 SMART TVs with (50 inches each) with over 100 HD channels + Netflix + Prime Video + HBO Max + Disney+ and high speed Internet (WIFI + Ethernet Cables available.
● KITCHEN: Fully stocked and equipped kitchen: Coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, pans, cutlery, stove and much more. Feel free to cook up!
● BONUS: Heater/air conditioner ✔ blackout curtains for darker environment in each room + roller screen for lighter environment in each room ✔ big closets in each room ✔.
● EXTRA SERVICES: On request, we can pick you up at the airport, arrange other transportation services, exchange money (US Dollar and/or Euro), take you on tour to the touristic places, do your laundry (wash and dry) and/or provide a Colombian SIM card with data (GB) and calls.
