Fully equipped Kitchen with outdoor Grill, just off the Dining area. Office Space plus fast 3 hub WiFi-6 coverage everywhere. 50 steps from the Beach or the Bay. Short ocean walk to PB with tons of restaurants & boutiques. Yelp lists 86 restaurants with 4-star+ reviews within easy walk.
The space
Just 50 steps from The Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay and the Catamaran Hotel & Spa. Located in the highly sought after North Mission Beach. Walking distance along the boardwalk to great bars and restaurants in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach.
Unfortunately, we're not able to accommodate pets (including service animals) due to allergies.
The detached house has HVAC AC, one mid-size garage parking spot and one mid-size tandem parking spot behind the garage. The house is accessed with a personal 4 digit code through the front door or side door, both equipped with Smart Locks. Each guest has a unique code that is only enabled during their stay for increased security.
The first floor has a garage with parking for one full-size car (max Sequoia / Yukon), laundry and beach gear as well as one of the two primary bedrooms. The bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, attached full bathroom, private entrance to the backyard and a small kitchenette with ice-maker in the fridge.
The second floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room, 1/2 bathroom and a smaller bedroom with a King Size bed. The fully stocked kitchen include full size fridge/freezer with icemaker, gas stovetop, double convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker, blender and toaster. The second floor also has two balconies, one outside the kitchen with a gas grill and one outside the living room with bar and seating. The living room features a dining table for 6 people, large sectional and gas fireplace. Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix as well as HDMI/USB-C to plug in your laptop.
The third floor features the other of the two primary bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, a queen bed with memory foam mattress and a workspace with desk including printer, monitor, keyboard and mouse. The bedroom has an attached bathroom with oval bathtub, shower, hairdryer and ironing board/ iron.
The house is conveniently located near city bus lines. For longer distances, we recommend Lyft or Uber, generally a 2-3 min wait and about $20 to get to or from the airport.
