Enjoy a comfy retreat in Culver City in this bright and cozy home! Being only 12 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes from SoFi Stadium, 14 minutes from the Santa Monica mountains, and 20 minutes from Downtown LA— there’s so much to explore.
Relax in our boho-inspired living room, equipped with wifi and a Smart TV, or get to work in our bright and airy bedroom that’s equipped with an adjustable desk, office work chair, monitor/keyboard/mouse.
Use our fully functional kitchen to whip up meals or venture around the corner, where you’ll find Sage Vegan Bistro, Chipotle, Qwench Juice Bar, and Starbucks.
Looking for exercise? Walk/run and enjoy the California sunshine along the Culver Blvd Bike path that ends in Playa del Rey. Check out the Culver Stairs for the best views of LA and where the locals work out. For exercise equipment, check out AnytimeFitness and CycleBar, that are just around the corner.

**PLEASE READ**
-Guests will have private and full access to the 1bedroom/1 bathroom home. -The property is one unit and part of a duplex, so we ask that guests be respectful of quiet hours and noise levels.
-Guests will also have shared access to the laundry machines in the garage. The garage and patio are shared with the tenant in the other unit, so we ask that you please be respectful and leave the space the way you found it.
**Please do not use the other tenant’s belongings in the garage (ex. the bike). -The garage features parking for one guest vehicle. Please ensure the main garage door is closed at all times when entering/exiting.
Other things to note
Important Details to be mindful of:
-The bedroom has an AC-unit - there's also a portable fan in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
-No illegal drugs, weapons, or any illegal activity allowed on the property.
- Dogs are present near the property (next door neighbors).
-Exterior only security cameras at multiple locations on property (front door and garage). None inside property.
-Package Delivery: We do not offer concierge service and as such you are responsible for signing and retrieving any packages delivered to you. We are not responsible for any mail that is lost or stolen.

-Bathroom floor may get slippery if there is excess water on the floor.
-Please watch your step when entering/exiting through the garage.
-Please turn off all kitchen appliances when not in use.
