The cosy, 55 square metre apartment with elevator access, is comfortably designed with all of the modern-day amenities. It includes a spacious living and dining area with a fully functional, open-plan kitchen. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa double bed in the living room. The modern air memory foam mattress will ensure your healthful sleep.The property has one en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bedroom, and one bathroom with a toilet and sink, accessible from the living room. Guests also have access to two balconies with street views. The place is also fully air-conditioned. Innovative Eco-friendly marble heaters installed for wintertime.
You can connect to the world effortlessly at our place, with high-speed WiFi, a flatscreen with Smart TV functionality, and lots of local and international TV channels to choose from. A dedicated workspace in the bedroom is equipped with a desk and ergonomic work chair. A wide monitor with standard HDMI output is available on request.
Featured ceiling lights with remote control allow you to adjust the intensity and warmth of light to your current mood.
