Lovely flat with a direct gate access to the wide, clean beach of Mota Sant Pere. Located in a quiet residential area, the condo has a main terrace overlooking the beach and sea, sunny all day and giving direct access to the beach. The living-room, kitchen and master bedroom also share the same sea-view.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. One of them gives access to the second terrace, community pool, mini-golf and recreation area.

There is also a local train that takes 1h15 to the airport or 1h to Barcelona.
