This floor also has another guest bed-room next to this listed room.

The house is also quite with no shared walls and only one neighbor house sharing a fence.

The 1st floor has the gym, second living-room with 55-in TV, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which have guests. The house has washer and dryer in the garage. We have a patio and yard with simple seating to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. We have an electric grill for weekend barbecues.

I live on 3rd floor in the master bed-room.
