Super cozy house in a quiet neighborhood of the city of São João da Boa Vista/SP that accommodates up to 8 people. It is 1h from Campinas, 2h30 from São Paulo and 1h from Poços de Caldas. Great place for those who work from home, to enjoy vacations and relax on weekends outside the big cities.
We prioritize reservations for families and pets are very welcome!
The space
The house has a swimming pool, large garden and barbecue, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/living room/dining area in a large integrated area with all-terrain access to the leisure area.
We have a queen bed and bunk bed in the larger bedroom, a double bed in the smaller bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates two people in the living room. In the two bedrooms there are work desks and there is covered garage for two cars.
Guest access
All internal and external areas of the accommodation have free and exclusive access for guests.
Other things to note
No parties, fraternizations and excessive noise after 10: 00 pm.
No more than 8 people are allowed in the accommodation.
Cleaning items, pillows, sheets, and toiletries are available for up to 8 people.
We do not offer bath and face towels.
The voltage (or voltage) of the entire house is 220 V (there is only one 127 V outlet in the kitchen).
There are security cameras in the outdoor areas of the accommodation to monitor the doors, aiming at the safety of guests.
We have a swimming pool, gardener and cleaning professional who carry out the continuous maintenance of the house.
In case of damage or breakage of utensils and house structure items, we count on the guest's cooperation in communicating with the host as soon as it has occurred to take action.
